Rainbow Tours SA is one of three biggest companies in the sector of outbound, organized tourism in Poland, existing in the market for 30 years. It belongs to the best-recognized tour operators in the country. Since 2007, the company has been noted on the stock exchange; it has also been a member of the Polish Tourism Chamber and one of the founders of the Polish Association of Tourism Organizers. In Poland, it has over 100 customer service offices. It also runs its sales activity in Czechia, Slovakia and Lithuania.

The result of the cooperation was the Rainbow Tours online service redesign including improving the information architecture and new graphic design.

New approach to searching

Searching for tourist offers often means browsing through a long list of hotels, dates and
prices. An overwhelming amount of information causes that choosing the best offer for a
given user is particularly difficult.

This is why our designers’ center of attention was creating the mechanism which would enable to precisely find a well-matched offer in the most effective and quickest way. Together with Rainbow Tours, we worked out the understanding of operation and information architecture which make it possible.

A design of a website with searching results based on a clear content layout enabled the users to save time needed for choosing and booking the offer.
