suggesting research methods and independently preparing: research objectives, hypothesis, screeners, recruitment surveys, script questions, and research surveys,
moderating during research with users,
compiling conclusions and recommendations from research,
participating in internal and clients’ research workshops,
analysing and synthesizing data from various sources (desk research, IDI, eye tracking research),
systematically reviewing scientific literature and internet sources,
actively expanding knowledge by searching information in publicly available sources and/or consulting with more experienced researchers.
you have at least one year of work experience on a similar position,
you have UX-knowledge, especially in the area of e-commerce,
you have experience in independently conducting research and in analyzing individual in-depth interviews (IDI), both offline and remote,
you can choose the most appropriate methods and conduct research workshops in order to obtain the most valuable information from users,
you have high interpersonal skills and you feel good in tasks requiring analytical thinking,
you use tools like Airtable, Google Analytics and HotJar,
you have the ability to think critically and generate creative UX measurement solutions for e-commerce,
you can build psychometric tools (scales, questionnaires),
you have a very good command of written and spoken English (at least B2) and you can read scientific and popular science texts efficiently,
you have experience in implementation and analysis of the results of eye tracking research.
